Received camera and accessories very loosely packed with minimal paper packing. Unopened box sounded like loose parts rattling around. Box was undamaged, but tripod head was in parts with screws missing. However, flash and camera survived with no damage. That’s what counts and overall, I am happy with the camera. Don't really need the other items, but was disappointed in the poor packing. Still… I’m positive with the camera.
