I contacted the seller, and they honestly couldn’t have cared less. They had two ads for the exact same style and size of shoes, so it seemed clear BOTH pairs of shoes had been mixed together, so they could have easily sent me my missing size 11. They couldn’t be bothered. No apology, no effort to make it right, just a note saying “Send them back”.
