It was also shipped via USPS Ground, not Priority. The seller apologized and initially offered a $15.00 credit. Since the other new unit I had been considering was no longer available, I countered with $20.00, which they accepted. My intent was to purchase a new base unit, specifically to avoid dealing with issues of a used device.
