Skarred 4 Life!!!!
Been running these subs for about a year now, and for a pair of tens they get down. I believe them to be underrated in terms of how much power they can handle and with proper electrical and a clean signal (no clipping) being sent to them they can easily do 1500 RMS each. Currently I am running 1000W RMS to each of them and they beg for more power. These subs are heavy, and they have very large magnets. I wouldn't run them sealed, but in a vented enclosure you are looking at 3.5 to 4 Cubic Feet of air space. 4 cubes doesn't sound like much until you try to stuff it in the trunk of an Infiniti Q60. But trunks are over rated, and I'd rather have bass than trunk space. Been running these subs for about a year now, and for a pair of tens they get down. I bought 4 dual 4 ohm subs running on Taramps HD 3000 2 ohm amp and it hit harder then my Orion HCCA dual 4 ohm subs with 2 Taramps HD 3000 2 ohm amps. Half the power and more bass is a win win.
