Except doing the right letters, THEY GOT EVERYTHING WRONG. "MAIL" wasn't supposed to have holes. And the rest were only supposed to have holes on the top. But they put 4 holes on every letter. Then they were supposed to include 2 STARS that they didn't make/send. The listing photo showed clean, clear sliver letters. What they sent was a stained, ugly mess. EBAY issued an immediate refund upon seeing my photos!
