    The right choice for most players on Original Xbox.

    The Controller S replaced "The Duke" as the standard for good reason: it's smaller, so it fits into a lot more peoples' hands. The directional pad is also much better. The breakaway feature was pretty neat at the time, and was included here (some listings here don't include them, probably because they can get lost.) My example was in mostly good shape: all buttons and triggers work well, sticks feel smooth and don't exhibit any drift. The rubber has worn, but you can get caps for them anywhere video games are sold. My only complaint is that there appears to be some rust on the plug that wasn't really visible in the listing photos. I'm not going to hold this against the seller since the price was so good and breakaway plugs are fairly inexpensive.

    Microsoft for the win

    Even with a damaged cord, Microsoft brand og Xbox s type controllers are far superior to their cheap competition. I've bought several knock off controllers at low prices and the cords are easily breakable and they quit working within a few days. But Microsoft knew kids would abuse their controllers in frustration and they were ready for it! Always ALWAYS buy name brand xbox controllers!!❤️

    Comfortability and Style

    This controller is absolutely beautiful and very well designed and it is extremely easy to use the button layout is perfect the D-pad is way better than the original duke controller D-pad overall it is a great controller.

    Works great!

    Works great, I needed a simple controller to play a few games on my original xbox. I try to avoid third party controllers because they aren't as responsive, this one plays like it's supposed to. I also got the protection plan in case anything happens, wasn't expensive.
