    I ordered a bracelet on March 10. It has not shipped. Seller has not responded to any of my messages or the request I opened with eBay. I cannot appeal my request or receive a refund. This is theft, and fraud and it is absolutely ridiculous.

    I was out of town. I placed my eBay shop on Away Mode (Vacation Hold) the system had my shop as open, which was an error. I contacted my customer; she is the most amazing person I have ever visited and purchased something from my shop. We resolved the issue, and the bracelet is happily on its way to my customer.
