    Everything was included in the kit for a 2014 Silverado. Switching from stock to the upgraded speakers was super easy. The only thing I would say is the white cable goes to the positive output and the black goes to the negative out put on the JBL GTO. YouTube and 2 hours and you have all new speakers. Quick shipping as well.
