    Lozenges were shipped with the safety seal completely removed. Requesting a refund only worked because eBay stepped in after the seller ignored the request for too long. I'd be annoyed if it were any normal product, but the fact that this is a supplement that was tampered with makes this way worse than just an inattentive seller. This seller is actively dangerous.
