I did buy the plate gasket as my old one had peeled off so this is something to consider. Shipper put the gasket in the same package. It would be nice if I didn’t have to pay an extra $7.00 for this as it was free shipping with the carburetor purchase.

The top of the carb that connects to the governor and throttle assemblies was not the same as my current set up so I can't use it unfortunately. My model mower is the same though so they must have used different cable set ups over the years.
