?????--this jacket is NOT BLACK AND IS NOT VELVET!!! Surely this is misrepresenting an item? The jacket sent to me looks vaguely like the photo and looks cheap,it is not black but navy and is certainly not velvet. Neither is it 'slim fit'-- it is wider than it is long and I wouldn't have bought this from a charity shop if I had seen it first.

They are really good at communicating and rectifying and are not too expensive. It was good to find boots in a colour and style that is not available in many places and their products are well packaged.Very friendly people to shop with i must say. I think the delivery actually arrived sooner than i was expecting.

Fortunately the seller has quickly acted to rectify things as best they can so they must have made a genuine mistake after all which can happen to anyone. The boots are a nice colour and i was happy with the price and they have very good customer service if anything does go wrong. I just wish i could have worn them. Will just look for another pair
