Great 2 day delivery. A problem occurred with the watch before I signed for it. The seller immediately stepped in and gave me several options including take it to a jeweler for a repair estimate, and I did. I returned home and messaged the information to the seller. Before the day was over the seller sent me the repair amount. The jeweler was so impressed with the watch he thought it was new (I had to tell him it was preowned) and he authenticated the watch as a genuine Movado. Best seller ever!
