    Got this for only one of the two cards - the one listed by seller as having sound. Other card essentially a throw-in, with no description. Picture of card I wanted clearly says "with sound". No sound. Seller first claimed he didn't know it had sound, then that a new worker was somehow at fault. I ordered it only for the card with sound, but he refunded only half the cost of the cards plus the postage; charged me for the throw-in card. In addition, he was quite belligerent and unpleasant.

    Tried to order a gift. They don't have the item? Refund was issued so no problem there. Just not sure why they have an item listed for sale that they don't have.
