    Great Replacement For Older Ultegra 6503 Brake/Shift Levers

    Bought to replace my Ultegra 6503 brake/shift levers on a 2000 LeMond Zurich. Great replacement, shifting is spot on, front and rear. The front lever for the triple crank has all the micro-adjust clicks the old Ultegra had, which I was a little worried about! So, I'm using new Sora brake/shift levers with older Ultegra 6503 cranks and derailleurs, no problem, as good or better than the old Ultegra, the ergonomics are definitely better than the old levers, which I really appreciate! Also like the cable routing, looks cleaner to have everything along the bars.

    Sora Shifter

    Great upgrade for those still using 9spd, has modern under tape routing for both brake and shift cables. Has Dura Ace/Ultegra styling at a quarter of the price and close still in performance.

    Great Replacement for Older Problematic Ultegra Shifters

    I bought these Sora shifters to replace some older Ultegra shifters that had given me problems for most of the time I owned my bicycle. My bike has a triple in front and 9 cogs on the freewheel. The Sora shifters were the ideal replacement. I had never worked with replacing shifters before, but decided to give it a try. Everything that I needed to make the swap was included. Although installation instructions were not included (you need to download them if you want to) I was able to install them without the instructions. Cutting the cable shearhs for the shifters and brakes was the most challenging part, but after making the first cut, I gained confidence. Total installation took the better part of an afternoon, but again, this was the first time I had done this sort of repair, so I ...
