The left ear bud started not working as well almost immediately (even at max volume I can bearley hear what I'm listening to) but the right ear bud works perfectly fine. I even get the full eleven hours of playtime which is great because my much older pair only give me 5 or 6 hours.

Bought Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus as a "Open Box" . They came in generic packaging with original charging cable and a photo copy of original Samsung product manual. The case and Buds themselves do look to be brand new, just not in original packaging as this store says in there product description. So yes, I got exactly what they said I would get. Awesomely good deal for a genuine Samsung product. I do recommend this sell and would buy again from them. Outstanding value! No worries my friend.
