solid construction and easy to install!
This rim is easy to install on many different types of wheels. I am using this product on an antique European bicycle that would have originally had aluminum rims. The original rims were beat to heck, and unavailable at any price. This new rim fits the wheel just as the original rim did, even though it is double walled and has eyelets. The original rim was single walled and about the same weight. The new rims are noticeably more solidly constructed. I did not notice any significant difference in performance between this rim and the original-- except that it is in much better condition! check the holes
I had flats in the part of the tube facing the rim until I deburred the holes and put in heavy rim tape.
