The seller said that Ebay over charged me - the buyer- 4 dollars and change . The seller showed the statement and it does appear to show $16.78 this includes tax and delivery , so Ebay needs to correct this . I have never had this happen to me before.so I am instructed that this is what I need to do A NEGATIVE FEED BACK once corrected I will turn this over to all positive 5-stars.
