    Precor AMT 100i Changed My Life

    I've heard it described as an elliptical on steroids, the AMT provides a good cardio workout that is gentle on knees and ankles. I prefer the motion and features of the older 100i units compared to the newer 800-series that I've tried in gyms. Stride and feel is different and 100i is great for both my 5'2" height and my husband at 5'10"

    I've used this machine previously at a gym that I was once a member of and have always enjoyed it. It is great for someone who wants a great cardio workout with low impact (my knees are shot from years of running). I am very fortunate for finding one in such great shape at such a great price!

    Exactly what I wanted

    The Precor AMT has so much versatility compared to other elliptical models. It is smooth, quiet, and was an excellent investment. It is, however, not going to be easy to move as it weighs over 400 lbs!

    The Best Elliptical Trainer Available!

    This is a truly well designed, amazing piece of equipment. I bought a used reconditioned unit from an ebay store after several years of gym membership where I found myself using this Precor model almost exclusively. I am taller than average and have some knee trouble. The long stride (which provides fullest range of motion I've encountered) and smooth action of the Precor is the best that I have experienced from among many different brands and models of elliptical machines used. Can use it to work out every day with no aggravation of the knees. The unit is self powered via an internal generator and provides a wide variety of exercise program options. The arm handles provide a decent upper body workout as well with the variable resistance.
