Tried and proven, I still don't know how they still have these phones new in box, but that is exactly how it arrived. It has worked great. My first smartphone. It comes standard with a 1600 mh battery, which lasts one day if you use the phone a lot. It charges fast about 2 hours, and I ordered a larger battery to try out, and have apps to show power usage for bluetooth and GPS and WIFI to better understand battery saver technology. Overall a very good phone, I have also a Samsung tablet and this is a photocopy of my tablet so I understand the android system. It has operated very well since purchasing.

If you're satisfied with the stock AT&T configuration of software you'll like this phone. Nice screen, reasonable battery life, 4G modem work well. If you want to customize by uninstalling apps that you don't use or want to install a custom rom you'll be less happy with it. Samsung/ATT have locked the bootloader so it's not possible to just load a recovery app and install a rom of your choice. The S4 gurus have posted work-arounds but it shouldn't be necessary. Earlier Galaxy models were much easier to customize. Do your homework before you buy this or the later Galaxy models.

The Galaxy S4, in my opinion, is one of the best two phones in the market. The other best phone in the market is the HTC One at time (May 2013). Although I prefer the HTC One over the S4, I ended buying the S4 because it has more features than the One. Now that I have it I still think it is a very good phone but I wish I have gone with the HTC One. Here are some pros and cons of the S4. PROS - Plenty of features to keep you entertained. - Good performance - Amazing screen - Fast and steady LTE connection (where available) - Slot for memory card to expand its memory - It is a light device - I love the camera and its features - Standard microUSB cable used instead a proprietary cable such as the lightening cable from Apple. CONS - It comes packed with a LOT of USELESS apps pre-installed that you can remove unless you root the phone - A 16GB phone comes only with less than 10GB available for use - Phone is made of plastic - I wish it had better speakers and also on a better location - Battery life is not horrible but it seems to hold less than the iPhone 5 after heavy usage - Touch keyboard is not as good and precise as the one on the iPhone Finally, I got this phone because I was really bored of iOS and wanted give it a try to Android iOS. It has been a little bit difficult to get use to Android but hey; I'm not missing iOS at all. Most of the popular apps from iOS are available on Android and there are way less restrictions compared to iOS. So far the only think I miss from the Apple device is its touch keyboard which was just excellent and precise. I do recommend this phone. I hope this review could help a potential buyer of mobile phone reach to his/her final decision.Read full review
good phone, reliable, no drop calls, good screen resolution. just wish I had the old Google Navigation with the blue arrow from my old LG phone lol, because the navigation on this one by Google sucks. and this is the newer version on my new phone.!16 gig does it for me, plenty of memory and processor speed is good. if you're looking for a good reliable phone and don't need the latest greatest, this phone is for you for round two hundred bucks.

I bought this phone a few months ago. I really like it. I've never had a smartphone before so it's taking me a while to get used to it. The feature I like the best is the talk to text feature. It's easy to use. The battery doesn't last as long as I had hoped but maybe it's compatible with other smartphones. I usually have to charge it every night. Bout 6 hers of use time.
