The main point when the faucet is grounded out to the sink it will not work, as with water getting across the faucet base & sink cover will shunt it out completely. The black tape that I put in currently is the only way to insulate the faucet from the sink & the cover to make the switch work. So truthfully when you sell this unit, I do not know how you would make it function without the rubber extended gasket being included with the hole cover as needed to prevent the induction contact shorting?

Hello, considering that it is difficult for you to buy the corresponding insulating gasket, I will reissue it for you. But it will take a long time because it is sent from the factory. It will take about 15 days, please be patient. Since I don't know if the insulating washers can be installed smoothly, I will send you two thin rubber washers and one thick washer, which you can use in combination. Note: June 6th, 2022, now 22 days later received washers today yet not the one that insulates faucet

Negative since the seller acknowledged after I received that they know the item they display in the photos is not the item they ship, but are too lazy to update the pics. There is a decorative difference in this item in the pics, which is why I chose it instead of others. Seller downplayed the difference as "only decorative and not functional" and offered a weak partial refund of just $5, then didn't even grant that. Shop elsewhere...what you see in the pics may not be what you actually get.
