Great eBay seller! I screwed up and neglected to update my old delivery address to my new one. When I finally realized the item was one day away from being delivered to the wrong address I contacted the seller. I received an immediate response and was told "no problem, we'll send another to your new address". I received it two days later, priority mail. Regarding the backrest, I haven't mounted it yet but, it does seem to be of good quality.
