    I just took receipt of these Klipsch Nines. The outer ship box was in excellent condition and appearance, the warning labels were placed with care. All contents are in mint physical condition as well. Customer service before purchase was top notch, as I really needed questions answered before dropping this kind of cash!     Although I received a defective pair of speakers, the company I purchased from was very responsive and immediately resolved my issue. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was a real human located in Arkansas which was refreshing and he was very polite and empathetic. Price was good and quick shipping on my replacement.     These speakers are fantastic. I received them quickly and the packaging was superb. I did have an issue with one of them but the customer service team went above and beyond to quickly answer messages and send me a replacement part, and when that didn't solve the problem, they sent a whole new speaker.     Dead Laptop

    Got laptop, looks very good, but keeps going to blue screen. Cant even reset back to original factory settings. Expecting yo have a Pc that I didn't have to personally troubleshoot. Very disappointed. Feel like I was played.

    Excellent laptop for its price.

    This equipment is very well designed, very robust and solid, you can feel it when using it, it has a long battery life, a very comfortable keyboard and a very nice finish. Not so good things: The paint on the trackpad comes off and becomes sticky, a little heavy, the cover tends to scratch very easily.
