The book was packed with care and with lots of padding to prevent the book's hardback cover from getting dented during travel. It arrived sooner than estimated. The book looked like the same book shown in the listing's pictures. While inspecting the book I found a problem that wasn't mentioned in the listing so I notified the seller and included relevant pictures. The seller responded same-day to my message and suggested a partial refund, which I accepted. I would buy from seller again. A+
