The paint color is/looks correct...the shipping and condition was as it should be. The only issue was that the brush in the bottle was unusable, the bristles were spread and flared. The seller immediately issued a credit for a new brush. Would have preferred a new brush, but having to buy one wasn't major. All in all a good transaction.

The product was as described. Good communication after I initiated. Only problem was the add stated that in most cases ships the same day. After several days of the item not being shipped I sent a message asking when I could expect it. Answer was acceptable as it needed to be painted the color I requested. Would have preferred a better clarity in the ad, as well as better communication when the order was placed.
I would do business again as I liked the quality of the product.

Unfortunately it took quite a while to arrive due the the USPS "Let's tour the US package delivery program." I live near Albuquerque NM. So I saw the package come thru Dallas TX heading to ABQ. It stopped ABQ but continued on to Salt Lake City UT. Eventually it returned to ABQ but was significantly delayed. Not the seller's fault. It is poor USPS conduct.
