- l***o- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI bought 2 systems and they both came with missing 4 missing screw each to optionally add 3.5 inch drives. When I asked to send them, they came back saying: "Hi! These PC's were not configured with a 3.5"; SATA Hard Disk Drive which is why they were not included. . I'd recommend to not make any hardware changes at least until the 30 day warranty with us has expired..." It's a ridiculous ask to a buyer to do. The z240 is designed for 2.5"/3.5" drives & that's why the screws come stocked.Reply from: tekrefurbs- Feedback replied by seller tekrefurbs.- Feedback replied by seller tekrefurbs.We did not advertise it with a 3.5" SATA Hard Drive nor did you order it configured with one. We are not obligated to send the screws of a part that is not present. Furthermore, you could have easily sent us a message beforehand asking if they were included instead of assuming it would have been. Zero response to any messages, item was shipped anyways. Started return request right away, took several days to get return label still with no actual communication. Item shipped back, signed for by seller, no refund. Opened a case with Ebay to get my refund. Can't speak to their products but the total lack of customer service is how they earned negative feedback
