This Throttle body spacer Fits the 1999TJ Wrangler 2.5 LTR. And 4.0 diameter. 2.5 Engine now will pull with cold air intake and 245/70R/17 tires, too higher 4100 RPM in third gear and grab fourth at 55 MPH. Little better fuel say half to one mile per gallon upon testing. Off idle more Torque noticed as a mechanic. I don't have too down shift as often. I pull a steep hill too work it was at 2800RPM now3000RPM. Clean air idle control throttle body and after Ten run cycles computer relearned good!
