    Not for those sensitive to salicylates

    I tried taking this for allergies, and probably shouldn't have, since I'm already a vegetarian and probably get this in my diet. I'm thinking it might be high in salicylates or histamines, because I react to both, and the joints in my fingers became very painful after starting this. Perhaps it works for folks who have inflammation or rheumatoid arthritis, but I would say avoid if you have food sensitivities..
