Best Iron You Can Buy
This stuff is great! I’ve been taking this throughout my pregnancy to help with my iron levels and it works wonders! The bottle recommends you take 10ml twice a day - 30 minutes before meals. Once in the morning and once in the evening. I’ve been consistently taking it each morning; usually missing the evening dosage but my hemoglobin levels have gone up with just the 10ml once a day. It says it tastes good but in my opinion; I don’t necessarily agree with that. It’s tolerable though. I tend to drink a glass of apple juice afterward which seems to mask the flavor of what I believe to be similar to anise. If you like black licorice, you may enjoy the taste. I would like to mention that apple juice or orange juice is good to take with iron because the Vitamin C helps your body absorb the iron better. Do not take iron with milk, tea or coffee as these will not help the absorption process. I highly recommend this due to the health benefits. I especially recommend it for pregnant women who need to get more iron!
