Upon shipping, I made sure all was functioning properly. Buyer clearly used a faulty outlet to charge the item and left premature negative feedback. I offered a full refund and a label to ship item back to me. They clearly wanted to keep the item they paid a fraction than what it is actually worth and still left negative feedback when I kindly asked to remove it and that I would be happy to rectify the issue.
