I would rate this vendor as an A1 person to do business with. This cassette recorder was listed as being in EXCELLENT condition. And it did arrive open box with its original packaging and looked as though it had never been used. However, when I tried it the motor didn't work. I contacted the vendor who promptly sent me a prepaid return shipping label and after receiving the item gave me a full refund including shipping and tax.
