seller alerted me item out of stock on 5/22/24. order was paid on 5/15/24. seller offered another item or refund choice, I requested refund, about 5/25/24 I asked seller why no refund yet and did I need to open a refund request with ebay . seller responded please do so I did. , and had to wait until 6/1/24 to get refunded by ebay. seller should have refunded me upon offer. I also sell and would have on date paid if rolls were reversed.
