These Herman Millar Aeron Chair arm rests are great. I was a little concerned about the sizing because I know there are different sizes of Aeron chairs, but these are perfect (arm rests are marked "L" as well as my old ones). They look slightly better / more modern than my previous ones (I believe maybe the old old design from the 90s were more rounded and these are every so slightly squared off). So great, definitely recommend these.

We are pleased with the product we received. I suspect that this may be the orignal manufacturer of the part since it appears identical to the original part we needed to replace. Unfortunately, the support we received, or more correctly did not receive from the domestic retailer led me to explore other options. Fortunately, this vendor had filled our need. Shipping took almost a month but we expected that and the cost was nonimal. I would definitely use this vendor again!
