    Qi Gong Empowerment

    I had this book before but lost it. So years later bought it again. I’ve been a cultivator for years and now I have more experience I’m amazed at how powerful these methods are. A word of caution though… although this is a FANTASTIC and highly recommended book. Doing Qi Gong without the guidance of a expert is VERY DANGEROUS. Add this book to your library… it’s a must have. But PLEASE exercise caution when trying these methods .. you’re playing with energies and you can really get in trouble if you do it incorrectly.

    Great for progression into higher levels of gongfu practice

    So much information on the different styles of qigong practice! I found the kidney exercises from this book online, and they helped me immensely when I had a problem. So I consider this book to be not only a medicine cabinet, but necessary for advancing in my Taijiquan training. So if this sounds like you on any wise, by all means get a copy of this book, "Qigong Empowerment ".

    Uncommon Wisdom

    I like to see things through the eyes of diffrent cultures, that way I get alot more living out of my one life. This book is as far from an Eastern view of fitness as the East is from the West so it did a good job of streaching my vision and ideas of what is. Near the end when it talks about hitting yourself on the head with a ball bat was difficult for me to perceive, perhaps when I get to that level I will understand. I felt as this book would be a valuable addition to my personal growth library.

    The most comprehensive book about Qigong I have found. Great Illustrations, text is very clear. An indespensible guide to Qigong.
