The Unit arrived as stated. Box undamaged but when I checked the precharge of 12 PSI since I live in Colorado in Mountains it different sometimes. it was no presssure hooked up my compressor try to charge it but the bladder had a hole and the air just went out the inlet connection. it said no returns
I contacted the seller he gave me a full refund that's really nice that doesn't happen to much anymore.
