My request was accepted hence I thought my issue will get solved. When I was waiting for a label so that I could return the item and get the money back, this cheeky seller decided it was a minor defect and offered a refund if £6 while I paid £37 for this case. The problem hasn't been solved yet but ebay promised to step in. I have been using ebay for 14 years and I've never had such a problem.
