The seller is five star. I can only give the watch a three star. This makes my third Casio watch like this one. The watches keep excellent time and have a ten year battery. life. It's hard to beat their price. Their weakness is in the resin strap. The strap began to tear on both my first two watches after about two years of use. Knowing this I still went ahead and purchased this watch. Maybe three will be my lucky charm. So I will compromise and give a four star.
