The price was good. I got it set up and was working fine the first night I used it. The next day it wouldn’t boot up. Emailed customer support and they got back to me right away. Nothing they suggested I try worked. Couldn’t even shut it down. Ended up unplugging it to shut down. Couple days later I turned it on and everything is working fine. Not sure what caused the problem.

The Toughbook I bought arrived as described. The batteries weren't in great condition, but they weren't guaranteed so I can't complain. Plus, after contacting the seller they sent out replacements, they too were not in great shape, but again; not guaranteed. They were decent at keeping up communication as well and did their best to give assistance when needed. Lastly, the item was shipped expediently and arrived as described and in well protected packaging. Thanks fellas, she'll serve me well.
