Only got the refund for the return itself. Didn't receive the refund on the return shipping. Included photos of how wrong the holster was. Was told that return shipping would be covered in an email. Other than that, great job...yeah...

As stated, we sent the refund and we did agree to pay return shipping. What customer fails to mention is that they decided on their own to take it to the post office and ship it back rather than through normal Ebay return process. Ok, no problem. So we emailed customer to tell us what they paid for return shipping. No response. We tried to contact customer numerous times and still no response. Our offer is still valid. If customer tells us what the shipping cost was, we will send reimbursement.

Had purchased for a North American Arms .32 Guardian, not a common firearm. They sent me one and it fit but wasn't ideal I contacted them sent photos and follow up was with-in a day had a new smaller holster in 3 days! Customer service is awesome but also the fit and finish on these are amazing and they don't print and hold the pocket on draw. Great seller stands behind the product and the leather & stitching exceeded my expectations for $60 even if your picky about your leather you'll be happy!
