Had absolutely nothing with the seller or packaging. for some reason my local usps distribution center had kept my live item for over six days. Package was well labeled with live animal label and labeled with what contents were alive in the package. I messed the seller and explained what happened with pictures and dates. seller worked with me to receive my items again. Most of the plants were dead when they arrived and only 1 rooted was sent. The rest of them were stems cut from a plant that are going to die anyway. Took 2 weeks for the seller to send them. USPS sometimes delay the delivery or they can't find the address. If the plant died on arrival, you can return it for full refund.
