    Item arrived shattered. It was packed with ONE sheet of bubble wrap, and not a SINGLE piece of tape around that, for a ceramic mug. Of course it broke! I reached out to the seller amicably the day it arrived to resolve the matter. He replied once; I inquired about a refund. Silent treatment ever since. Maybe his grandma is sick? Yeah. That’s probably why he can’t even respond, after packing an item so poorly, that it DID indeed break. In the trash can now! $ burned! Do not recommend this seller!
