      Healthier B12 & delicious

      methylcobalamin is more easily absorbed & natural. Jarrow brand is Methyl B12. The cheaper Cyanocobalamin may cause low potassium levels in the blood. I’d rather take the safer route to more energy. These tablets are pretty tasty as well.

      Natural B12

      Jarrow is a good vitamin co and this form of B12 Methyllcobalamin is superior and more natural and absorbable than the cheaper Cyanocobalamin B12 which has to be converted by the body and leaves some residual undesired chemical leftovers. This was a great price as well for 100 x 2500 mic.
