    A good standalone CD player that integrates well into my entertainment center.

    Frankly, I can't recall if the remote was included. Not a big deal since I just use the player to play a CD from the beginning without needing to remotely pause, stop or skip tracks. After too many years of copying CDs to iTunes for on-the-go listening, it was great to have a good deck to listen to all my box sets with lots of visuals (like the way I used to listen to albums, and have started that again).

    A real CD player - made for playing music

    Easy to use, with the displays that matter when you are playing music, very easily programmable for tracks, and displays programmed tracks while they play - time in, time left, total time left. Plays CDR's with no problem. Much better than most Blu-Ray wannabe CD players. Very tactile in the button operation - no guessing or waiting to see if it picked up your inputs or not!

    It has a lot of age on it , so I hope it holds up in future use ? The price was good so I gambled on it holding up . So far so good ! I thought it might have time advance but it does not .
