Almost perfect. The mats are thinner than OEM which is a good thing for me. The passenger side was exact. The rears were a quarter inch longer but still fit great. The driver's side was a quarter inch off on the cut near the fuel /door trunk release. I'm keeping them hoping it doesn't bother me too much because the black color is much better than OEM charcoal color and my 17 year old ones are beat.
