Sent the wrong shoes - then said he made a mistake and would not send me a return label. Then “instructed” me to return the wrong shoes without postage. Then I paid it myself thinking he would reimburse me but keeps saying I didn’t provide a receipt, which I uploaded twice. Ridiculous customer service. Still don’t have my $11.80 returned. Finally got the correct shoes and they don’t look anything like the ad.

Wrong item was sent, new item was replaced. Postage was refunded once she finally told me the amount, which she thought I could get from just a tracking number. Mistakes happen and I provided multiple, timely messages to rectify the situation. Her last issue, "they don't look anything like the ad" was never communicated and I only found out in this negative feedback. Buyers should always communicate their need/disapproval with the seller not in a negative feedback. Waiting on her return still!
