DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! TOTALLY DISHONEST AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They take your money and don’t deliver. Contacted the seller 2x and no response. I ordered 2 of the 2 x 7 rug pads but only received 1 of the 2 x7 rugs pads. I also ordered 3 of the 2 x 3 rugs pads but only received 2 of the 2 x 3 rugs pads. Part of larger order with 3 other rugs pads, which were delivered. Order history says all pads received, yet 3 missing in the 2 boxes received. eBay says file police report. Yikes!

The package got lost in transit and when we contacted you for a replacement you wanted your money back and we refunded you for the full order even for the pads delivered also.

The rug itself is just as expected - so that was great! But the communication with shipping was severely lacking. I messaged the seller many times for help as tracking showed rug sat in the same spot for 10 days. Seller only replied once after I said I was going to have to ask Ebay for help. He said he would get back to me by the end of day, but he never got back with me at all. Finally, more than 2 wks later, the rug arrived. $60 to ship! Thank you for the rug, but at least reply next time.

We called FedEx several times for this and followed up with them till it was delivered. We have no control over the FedEx or UPS delays. Also, it did cost $69.53 to ship this to you.
