    This is the most unethical seller I have ever encountered. I initiated a return for an item, and instead, the seller created another order, charged me again, and then denied the return for both orders. If eBay empowers this seller to create orders and cancel returns at will, one must wonder what other actions they are permitted to take to harm eBay customers.

    Buyer kept purchasing my items and initiated returns before items were even delivered stating he did not order them and some how I was charging him for these items. He did it multiple times a week apart to the point I needed ebay to block him from purchasing my items. This account seems to be AI based on the odd language in the messages I received.
