Good start but you'll have to work for it.
The color is spot on the original but if you think this is just a pull the old one off and put the new on you're going to be disappointed. The sticking design is different from the original (It has a round stick in the back where the original doesn't. This is probably done for copyright reasons. The material is a high quality vinyl but so is the original. If your prepared to do some gluing (spray glue works best butbforbthebseams you'll need a good fabric glue.) And some pulling and tugging and tucking it will turn out great. Also for some reason the stich pattern is about a 1/4 too wide to line up with the original seam pattern.
