Joypad works ok. It is a NES clone and seller uses a black marker to cover over 'Start' and 'Select' which isn't a great finish. The marker doesn't look good...either leave it as is or maybe put a sticker over if you really want to cover up them up. Joypad works though which is the main thing.

I missed the details about assembling myself, but assembly was easy step-by-step assembly guide.
However I were unlucky with cable I received, seller promptly replied quickly with follow up and shipped a new cable.
Quickly swapped out cable, and everything works flawless on my Amstrad CPC 6128.
