    Can be a good value .

    The product bought was at a discounted price with no expiration date . I automatically assume the product is not at full potency anymore . But still can be a good value if you Double the discounted price and it is still cheaper than most brands that are still claiming full potency . With this said , after two weeks I stopped taking 150 mg Wellbutrin daily and feel much better after doubling the Swansons recommended dosage of 2 per day or as I did , morning with cal/mag/zinc in 16 oz of distilled water and 16 oz mineral supplement mid day with a meal.

    Lion's Mane & Suggested Lab Work

    Lion's Mane is a treasure chest of goodness and it is the real thing that does a body good. Give yourself 90 days after you get a general blood screening and then get another screening. Lab results don't lie especially when you look at the screening results and before and after. Pay close attention to cholesterol levels in the blood especially the bad cholesterol (LDL). LDL cholesterol is thought to irritate the lining of blood vessels, stimulating atherosclerosis, commonly known as hardening of the arteries. Lowering LDL cholesterol and raising levels of HDL cholesterol ("good" cholesterol) has traditionally been the focus for treatment and lifestyle changes. Also order some coenzyme Q10 and B-3 if you have been diagnosed with Atherosclerosis, which I have.

    So far so good

    I bought this to help with my memory. I’m actually only 40 years old but get so frustrated forgetting things all the time. Lion’s Mane from another more expensive brand always works for me. So I tried this because it was 1/3 of the cost of the other brand. So far in just two weeks I have seen a noticeable difference in my mental sharpness. I’m recalling things a lot quicker and I will continue to take the two bottles that I purchased and see how well it does.

    Sensing some positive results.

    Very pleased with Lion's Mane. I started using it because I'm getting up there in years and I recognize my cognitive functions closing in a bit. After taking Lion's Mane now for over two weeks I'm beginning to sense a difference. While it's early and one might argue that looking for a difference is linked to finding one, what is definitely of note is that I'm either having more active dream states, or remembering them much better. Either one is a sign that something positive is happening.
