The seller is super helpful and very friendly. They helped me sort out an issue with shipping and it arrived quickly after. The product itself was packaged very well so I didn't have to worry about anything breaking. Overall an amazing experience. I'm really impressed. The hydrometer is very easy to read and the kit comes with some basic instructions on what to look for, how to calculate ABV and some other helpful stuff. If I ever need another, this is the one I'm getting.

A smooth transaction. The item arrived quickly. There was some leakage of the tea but It was contained in the shipping package and I believe that was caused by rough handling of the item during shipping (can't blame any one person in particular).
